DIRECTIONS

Turn left out of UPMINSTER station and walk 200 yards along and we're just past Costa Coffee, upstairs at NEWTONS Unisex Hair Salon on the corner of St Lawrence Rd and Station Rd.

PAYMENT

No card facilities but plenty of cash machines outside to use before your appointment.

WAXING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointments can be made phone, text or email.  Even if you've been to me before, please always leave your name and mobile number so I can call you back. I don't have enough room to store clients numbers in my phone and one of my pet hates is receiving a text with no name saying 'Do you have any appointments?'. Please always sign off with your name and give me some idea of what dates and times you'd prefer and what you would like waxed, as I need to know how much tme to book out. for you.

CANCELLATIONS

Of course things happen in life, pipes burst, kids get ill.......I'm very understanding. All I ask is that you understand that this is how I make my living. Also, I have a list of people waiting for appointments, so please let me know well in advance if you need to cancel.

CHARGES

Unlike most other salons, I don't charge for missed appointments. However, if you cancel within 48 hours on more than one occasion, I'll suggest that you wait until the day that you'd like an appointment to book and take your chances whether I have anything available.

NO SHOWS

If you simply don't show for your appointment and your phone is turned off when I call to see if you're on your way, I won't re-book you again and you can walk around with hair growing out the bottom of your trousers for all I care. Be polite and call.
